  October 27, 2019 - Needed an hour in the decanter to open up, and absolutely worth the wait. The aromatics are flat out stunning - amazingly pure and fresh red fruit, gentle herbal and earthy notes, and more low-toned mineral notes emerging with more air. There's a tartness on the palate that feels almost bracing, but the overall package is perfectly balanced and I'm thrilled to have a case of this.
