  November 1, 2019 - Decanted for two hours and tasted blind. Bright ruby but already showing signs of some age through its thin garnet rim. Nose of red and black fruit, plum, flowers, violets, graphite and, with a little time in the glass, milk chocolate and caramel. To taste the wine of an intense mid palate of black fruits, integrated tannins still present as you'd expect from a wine of this age. Acidity a little too bracing for my liking which upset the balance a bit. Good but three wines that were ahead of it on the night.
