  November 2, 2019 - Pale lemon-green in the glass. Splendid aromatics of green apple, quince, peach, lemon tart and some jasmine. Lightweight, medium (+) acidity with a bit too much sugar than expected, making the wine initially exciting, but ending in a sort of washy, diluted way where the acidity comes and goes.

  11/3/19, 4:06 AM - Interesting note. I always use the Mosel Fine Wine reviews which are included as a pro review on this site. I find their drinking dates particularly useful as the acid of the Mosel can take time to soften and allow the complexity to shine, and as you suggest "tame" the initial sugars on the palet.
