  November 1, 2019 - Nose average, barnyardy. Palate insane of rich red fruits (plum, cranberry), mint, liquorice, eucalyptus, brisket and full on tannin. This is rich and brooding but young and vibrant. Drunk young. Hold at least 5 years. Stunning.
  
  I left a bit in the bottle and tasted on day 2 and day 4. Day 2 was sweeter, day 4 was porty - but still held much of its structure. Hang on to this.
