  November 9, 2019 - D+0h: the cork crumbles after the first half comes out intact, quite some deposit in the filter and the bottle, smells of violets D+5h: dark as ink, on the rim slightly purple red, smells of eucalyptus, a little bit of currant and slightly of violets, medium body, sweet, but not overly sweet, in the mouth currant and a little bit of violets, in the aftertaste currant, a little bit of violets and acidity, good length (30 sec), not overly complex, but very tasty.
