  November 10, 2019 - Musty and drab on opening and thought to be perhaps over the hill. After 90 minutes it bloomed and bloomed. Greater than the sum of its parts. Spicy concentrated fruit with flavors of intense cherry, cassis, vanilla and cedar unfolding in layers on a medium long palate. What a treat! Served at about 60 F and was most revealing a bit warmer (65 F).
