  November 11, 2019 - Very ripe, mature, medium weight. Light gold color. Melon, butterscotch, orchard fruits, viscous texture accented with lighter citrus and citrus pith. Not a porch sipper, its lushness comes across best with a full-flavored main course. Tasted best at a cool 55-60 F
