  November 14, 2019 - Very light yellow color. The nose shows prominent sponti notes, below it this is classic Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr: spring herbs, white flowers, some apricot and white peach, crystal clear, very precise. In the mouth, it's fairly light, not very sweet, fresh, but elegant acidity, good length, some CO2. Needs a lot more bottle age to gain complexity, but this is already excellent.
