  November 15, 2019 - Real stunner, in a great spot, racy Cote-Rotie with lucious dark fruits and great notes of evolution. Leather, light roast coffee, cigar box, cured beef and violet. This is full on the palate but fresh with decent acidity. Really vibrant and paired really well with pepper bison filet.
