  November 16, 2019 - Drank from a magnum over the course of an entire day. Still incredibly young and restrained but showing some nice finesse. Less opulent, more mineral driven and almost Burgundian in style than other Aubert’s I’ve had. Still there’s a healthy helpings of sweet and creamy tropical fruit, citrus, vanilla and a touch of ginger. Needs time to fatten up on the finish but it’s obviously really nice and drinkable now.
