  November 17, 2019 - One year since my last bottle - it remains rich and deep. A powerful rendition of Sangiovese. Layered black and blue fruit, tobacco, black tea. Fine tannins, good acidity and a long finish. The only flaw is not really a flaw - pretty much just a bit of heat near the end. All in all, this is a lovely wine, matured a little earlier than I anticipated though will age gracefully for several years yet.
