  November 18, 2019 - Double decant 1 Hr. Some chunky sediment. 76% Cab., 12% Merlot, 5% Cab Franc, 6% Petite Verdot, 1% Malbec. Black to reddish purple. Re-bottled at 1 hr. because it was so jammy and fresh when decanted, wanted to see it evolve. Began with red raspberry compote on nose and in the mouth. Long finish. Evolved to include cherry, cassis and finally plum. Long, rich and complex. This has a long life yet. Definitely decant for sediment and allow 3-4 hours for this to unfold.
