  November 22, 2019 - The nose is brandied cherry with a deep, earthy, vegetative character like beets. There's a lot of vanilla and oak on the palate with some smoke and dill; the primary flavors still dominate. Body is quite rich and needs some air to open up where more pepper, licorice and spice notes begin showing.
