  I just got a full refund for this wine, including shipping. If you will contact Joel in Customer Service, if they have it on your account that you purchased this wine and it was bad wine for you, they will refund.

  12/25/19, 8:35 AM - Sounds like K & L got a bad batch. Could be heat damage. I actually see this in the Twin Cities sometimes with those who deliver and not use any refrigeration. I have seen a notable wine retailer that had trucks delivering on 100 plus heat index days. Last delivery not going to be doing so well. I am drinking this wine right now from Envoyer and it is a solid.
