  November 25, 2019 - Was left behind at a party we had a few years back, and took from cellar now to marinate a beef roast. Tried a little, and has a pleasant dryness with tart red plum and cedar. Nose is a little sweet but the palate of this wine is balanced and fine for accompanying most dishes, though lacks complexity. Finish is uneven, and red primary fruit flavors permeate.
