  November 25, 2019 - Give it an hour of air and it softens dramatically. Plenty of ripe black fruits, ultimately near silky after 2 hours. 30+ second finish. The 15.1% alcohol you cannot discern until you walk away from the table. Some vanilla, black currant, and hints of sage.
