  November 23, 2019 - Golden yellow color. Cork didn't pop with a bang so I got worried the bottle would be flat. None of that. Tiny vivacious bubbles moving up from bottom of the glass. Nose of butterscotch, yellow apple, pineapple and marzipan fully reflected on the palate. Decent acidity but from this bottle it seemed this DP is ready to be drunk. Nice long burgundian finish. Very nice indeed.
