  December 5, 2019 - straw yellow, low depth of color. on the nose muted aromas of green apple, no strong malo or lees notes, no new barrique aromas. on the palate dry, high acids, moderate weight on the midpalate, low alcohol. this was more focused and crisp than i expected it to be... a very nice bourgogne level chard that is neutral in nature and crisp and fresh on the palate. drink now.
