  December 4, 2019 - Delicious! This was a 'spare' bottle that was opened at the end of the night when all the others in the lineup were dry. Ideally, this could have used some time more to open up but it was post midnight so it was a pop and pour. Big but elegant, specifics escape me beyond that after the late night.
