  December 7, 2019 - I believe this is my last bottle of a case. This was the vintage that turned us on to Felsina. For a long time it was Ann’s favorite vintage of it, too. Probably due to the rich, ripe fruit. Now, it is one of our least favorite vintages of the last ten or twelve years. The wine is not bad. It’s very easy to drink, but it just isn’t that interesting. It is fun seeing how each vintage is different how the weather impacts the wine.
  
  A day three glass of this was drinking much better. More balanced, and seemed brighter. Enjoyed it more on day 3 and I was sorry to see the bottle emptied.

  9/14/20, 7:48 AM - I love that your review was up/down/up. I especially liked the day three surprise. You never know with wine! I feel the same thing often with the last glass of a bottle or the last bottle of a case.

  9/14/20, 8:23 AM - Thanks GrandeSerataFuori. Sometimes I wonder if it is just me on that particular day or the wine itself. Just as each bottle of wine can be different, I think our moods, expectations, and food pairings can play a big role. We love Felsina. I like your handle by the way. Cheers!
