  December 7, 2019 - Very pale. Delicate nose of lemon jelly, a touch of minerality. Lovely rich taste, toothsome with unsurprisingly strong acidity, but it's ripe enough to not seem harsh. Sour apple, lemon, satsuma, maybe even pineapple. Almost vintage-level concentration. Commendable. Zero dosage, 50% reserve wines (no doubt this accounts for some of the richness); vines >35 years old; oak aged; 6 months on the lees; partial malolactic. Disgorged Jan 2019.
