December 7, 2019 - WAID - Wine Writer for a Day: Wow, this is the most serious Grechetto I've ever tried. Savory, rich, lush, cut grass, resin, citrus. Delicious. Great winter white.

12/16/19, 2:30 PM - I deleted the note it is error but I am still confused. I guess I will have to make another trip to Umbria to figure it out. We did taste a sparkler that in my notes was called Elve. Their web site does not help as do do not list either wine. Thanks, Brad
