  December 7, 2019 - Big, ripe, Paso-signature Cab. It needed over an hour in the decanter to find its balance, but then it gave up a nice seductive profile with medium persistence. Easy on tannins, no overt oak, and average acidity. I’d say this is quite ready to go.
