  December 8, 2019 - Simply stunning. Very light in Color with light bricking at the rim. Wildly complex nose: charcoal, mesquite smoke, orange peel, star anise, incense, ginger, nori, miso, pomegranate, pickle brine, pipe tobacco ash, sweet cedar, and strawberry. The palate has zero remaining tannin, with elevated acid. Very savoury and complex, but not all that tertiary yet. Very long finish featuring grapefruit, nori, ginger and pomegranate. Absolutely killer!
