  December 11, 2019 - From 375ml bottle. March 2018 disgorgement. Code 141018. This is showing a both better than when I last had this cuvée around 6 or so years ago. The nose wafts appealing nose of toffee covered green apple, shortbread and white peach. Nice balance on the palate with moderate dosage (6 g/l) good acid and nice body, with fine bubbles. The finish is moderate replaying much of the nose. A very pleasant NV.
