    December 12, 2019 - Medium ruby; Med intensity aromatics, developed red fruit (cherry, strawberry, rhubarb), bottle age (mushroom, earthy, game), herbal (medicinal, liquorice), mineral (stones). Dry, low tannin, med body, med acidity, med alc, med intensity, med finish; flavors of tart red fruit (tart cherry, rhubarb), minerals (flint, stones), white pepper, bottle age (green olive, brine, tea, dry wood). Good, drink now, not suitable for aging.
