December 14, 2019 - Palest gold. Sweetish nose, a touch musky. Lime and melon. Quite high acidity, with sugared green grape; floral and fruity. More characterful than prosecco, some similarities with moscato, but at the alcoholic strength of champagne. Light but not as frivolous as the label implies.
