December 15, 2019 - Nose: The nose is fresh and electric with kaffir limes, white peaches, crushed rocks, green apples, saline, and white florals. There is excellent depth with a linear quality that is very attractive right now.

Taste: Medium bodied with sharp, high acidity. The feel is lithe with limes, white peaches, crushed rocks, green apples, and white florals. Along with the razor sharp acidity, there is very good length and balance across the palate and finish.

Overall: This is an excellent, young GG riesling. There is a great amount of freshness and poise, but with the acid structure to easily age for a good while.
