  December 19, 2019 - Mid life. Subdued bubbles, enhanced complexity and weight - toasty notes with some brioche. . Richly extracted like few other champagnes. Costs a lot, but with this wine, you always get what you pay for. Ever for me, with very few exceptions, the benchmark for B de B champagne.
  
  Perfectly stored at 47 degrees since acquisition upon release. As always, lesser stored bottles are likely to be lesser wines.
