  December 19, 2019 - Excellent wine. Had nice mouthfeel and good structure. Each glass over 3 days evolved and improved. It was a bit hot, but it did mellow out somewhat by the end. Dark fruit, plum, blackberries, blueberries. It did have a wood component, but it was nicely integrated and provided more of a slight vanilla flavor. This dissipated over the 3 days. A black licorice component developed as well. I believe this should age well for quite a number of years.
