December 24, 2019 - This is a very nice example of Dolcetto. After 3 bottles of this I think over the past 6 months I think I finally have it figured out. If you PNP it, then its definitely a little sharp, it definitely benefits from about 30 minutes in the glass and some vigorous swirling. After that, it becomes a real pleasure to drink and paired absolutely amazingly with an excellent meat lasagna from TC. I bought 3 of these based on the AG review and will be heading back to probably pick up another 6 pack to keep around the house for italian food with tomato sauces and meat or just to sip at.
