  December 25, 2019 - Upon opening a rewarding deep nose of dark fruit. So enticing. Decanted for over 2 hours and nothing disappointed when poured. Perfectly balanced, medium length and right in middle a gentle lift from, I think tannins, which gives it another refreshing burst of fruit. Very smooth. My style of food wine when nothing too heavy is required BUT then I adore Chateau d’Issan from the commune of Margaux.
