  December 26, 2019 - Popped and poured from split. This is a solid red wine. On the nose, I get notes of cedar, pencil lead, and some blueberries. The mouth has nice body, with robust structure and some medium fruit. The finish has some modest tannin and nice zip to it. Overall, this is a classic Left-Bank rendition that still needs several years to hit its peak. 2006 BDX generally has struck me as underrated. 90 points with upside potential.
