  December 28, 2019 - Decanted 1hour.
  Very sophisticated.
  Dried berry, wet stone, clay, dirt, damp forest, wet animal, flinty, with quite a bit of acid. Well structured wine. I do wish for a bit more weight. After 2 hours, the wine is opening up well. Much longer finish, less acid. I can see this will be a very good wine, just missing a little something that would make it exceptional. Might want a longer decant at this time. Very enjoyable wine.
