  December 31, 2019 - From a virtually perfect looking bottle with a firm cork, this wine had a deep yellow center and clear rims. The medium intensity nose offered up lemon zest, pear, white stone, honey and some dried apricot.
  
  In the mouth, this wine was ripe but very crisp with outstanding length. It was so balanced and integrated that it was hard to tell which flavor was in the lead.
  
  This bottle needed quite a bit of air to show its best. If you get one in great shape, do not hesitate to give it 2+ hours of decanter time before you start drinking.
