  December 6, 2019 - Woodwinters Edinburgh Fine Wine Bash (Woodwinters Edinburgh): Cherry juice colour. Barnyard on the nose? Cheese/mushroom. Not much fruit. Lovely taste, good acid bite, a touch of tomato and berries, with lots of drying tannin, but nonetheless quite sweet. Decidedly overpriced. 80% new oak for 18 months, biodynamic, natural yeasts. [~13% abv; Woodwinters, £110].
