  January 4, 2020 - Color is slightly translucent ruby with a 3 mm meniscus, really nice lead pencil notes upon opening and hints of cedar. Cranberry and a little plum with notes of herb show a well developed wine at a great place in it's evolution. The only knock was that the texture was a little light at the onset but there was enough tannin back bone to allow for opening with about a half an hr of decant. Overall a very nice showing and the most enjoyable bottle to date.
