  January 5, 2020 - I agree with the prior comments. It’s young but I don’t see the potential to rate more than 94. It doesn’t stand out at all. Quite smooth but lacked depth and long finish. Maybe a bit closed? I’m waiting 3 years before opening another.

  1/10/20, 2:01 AM - I don’t have much experience with Colgin. But had the 2010 IX shortly after release. I had the same impression then. Yet I remeber feeling this will be magnificent with some bottle age. I think that is what Tauziet is aiming for. I sure hope the 2016 IX will come around. Got two.
