  January 6, 2020 - Cork was perfect. However, nose is oxidative and not pleasant. Is this wine already over the hill or is it a bad bottle?

  5/7/21, 10:24 AM - I haven't had this happen with an '03, but several of the Charvins I've opened from the early-mid 2000's had a really unpleasant nose up to an hour after opening - did it never burn off for you?

  5/7/21, 11:23 AM - Yes I know, had off-notes that disappear with air with the 2001 as well. But this one was different, just oxidized and it did not go off.
