  January 7, 2020 - Fruit and a little bit of red hots on the muffled bouquet then a flavor burst of sweet stalks and intriguing well-water minerality cracking through that same cinnamon and cherry. The mild finish comes into beautiful focus. A couple more good years easy -2021.
