  January 8, 2020 - Almost opaque purple color with no sediment. Medium intensity bouquet with consistent Cab Sauv definitions and flavors. Certainly not flabby on acid nor lacking tannins, which deserve a few/several hours of air to resolve their dispute with the alcohol. With a good decant, this falls into a very nice place. 5+11+17+8= 91
