  September 28, 2008 - Decanted for 1 1/2 hours. Somewhat muted, mellow nose. Berry, plum, other red fruit on the pallet. Firm, unobtrusive tannins are well integrated. Nice special occasion wine to pair with french cooking. Paired beautifully with crusted rack of lamb.
