  December 29, 2014 - Big aroma/flavored traditional fruit (strawberry) Lambic. Very low carbonation.
  Huge, complex aroma bursting with funky, fresh strawberry. Amazingly pointed, flowery, piquant, pungent & intense. Big palate as well. Sappy sour-strawberry, yellow-raspberry, funky/lactic. Brett mostly in the background, but makes an appearance on the finish along with some funky oak. Very sour; don't share this one with your dentist!
  I wouldn't mind a few more bubbles, & less enamel stripping acidity, but this is what great, traditional, uber-classic, unblended Lambic is all about. Yeah. Wow!
