  January 19, 2020 - Aromas of crushed strawberry, sweet cherry, red velvet cake and clementine. It's medium to light bodied with crunchy acid and tannin, this is a very grippy wine taking texture elements from the syrah's tannin and riesling's acid. Flavors include light red fruit consisting of strawberry and raspberry to go with blackberry, clementine/tangerine and Meyer lemon curd. It's a very cool wine that's exceedingly gulpable and well-balanced. I imagine this is quite versatile with food.
