  January 24, 2020 - Dark garnet. Black and blue berries, mild spice. Medium/full body. Smooth and balanced with integrated tannins and medium length finish. I expected a more mouth-coating fullness (used to big Paso Robles Syrahs). Ox for two hours, paired well with shrimp dish. Seemingly richer on the second day.
