  January 5, 2020 - Really glad I held off on this one as it seems to just be entering a really nice evolutionary phase. Lots of dark fruit that has softened and offers a silky texture and a long and wide flavor profile and finish. Decanted for sediment and this continued to improve with air over the evening promising further upside with more age so my score may prove conservative.
