  February 2, 2020 - The archetypical Williams Selyem Pinot Noir. Cherries, berries and a touch of cinnamon offering complexity from bouquet through a complex finish. The third and last wine consumed during a chicken cacciatore dinner - the first a fruit laden 2015 Ponzi Docetto followed by a lean, elegant complex 2016 Inglenook Cabernet and then this Pinot. Its in a perfect place for drinking right now.
