January 28, 2020 - Tight and shy from opening, but an hour and a half in carafe does the job. Red berries like raspberries, cherries and pomegranate on the nose. Perfumed tones, slightly earthy and hints of Asian five spice. Palate made of cool sour cherries, elegant tannins and good length for the level. 12.5% alcohol. This is a lovely BR, and if this is representative of Grivot in 2017 there's defintely a lot of fun to come from village and Cru-levels.
