  February 5, 2020 - Lemon color - crystalline
  Medium plus aromas of pear/ lemon with pineapple and white flowers and underlying salinity - quite tropical for a Rias Baixas and presumably Condado de Tea fruit
  Medium palate of ripe citrus/ stone fruit and herbs
  Only medium acidity - lateral in aspect - mild phenolic bitterness and short finish
  Great aromatics but short on palate - atypical for an Albarino due to the intense aromatics and lack of acidity/ phenolics - definitely inland fruit
