February 4, 2020 - Tasted at the Barolo and Barbaresco World Opening Tasting Event in NYC. Traditionally made Barolo. From 65 year old vines, spontaneous ambient yeast fermentation in cement tanks, 4 week maceration and aging in botte grande. More of a crimson color that most of the others today. Great fruit, great structure, very precise, just a little forward but very delicious and age-worthy.
